These ovens were purchased to replace an older Kitchenaid oven that could not be repaired. After installation, noted that the doors don't quite close flush ( looking from the side of the unit the top of the closed doors are not flush with the door or frame above it). According to BestBuy Sales, this is apparently "normal" for Kitchenaid/Whirlpool but not for some other manufacturers. Also, the units seem to take longer than the old ovens to heat up. Ovens work fine and the convection conversion feature is nice. BestBuy installation contractor was very good, actually early for appointment, worked quickly and competently. See attached photo.

We have a very small space for our ovens. This unit replaced a much “higher end” oven set. These units are doing a great job!

We have had these ovens in our updated kitchen for a year. They have been wonderful, love the look as well as the functionality. KitchenAid appliances are the way to go!

After 23 years of owning my first set of KitchenAid double ovens, I purchased a replacement set. The first set was still working but have updates all kitchen appliances. The new ovens cook evenly and accurately. Love the heavy duty bottom racks, oven light and convection choice. Very satisfied with my choice.

This is a good double oven. I love the pull out rack on the bottom. Be aware that the oven may "ding" to say it is at temperature and it's not there yet. You may want to match with a separate oven thermometer you trust to measure the "true temperature". Read the manual and you can tweak how it works.

this oven definitely worth the wait. It was always pre-ordered or out of stock. It is AMAZING!!!!! it is pricey but if you cook a lot I would highly recommend this. It is worth every penny.

Appliance looks great and seems to perform as expected. Temperature settings are accurate and ovens are both very well lit and shelves move freely.

This is a very nice looking oven and as far as cooking it works good. For some reason, our oven lights flicker when warming up and we even had Whirlpool replace our original oven under warranty and the new one does the same thing. Not sure if anybody else has ever had this issue or not. We have ruled out electrical issues at our home. Some things we don't like about this oven is that there is only one timer, Lights come on in both ovens at same time (not independent), and when you open the bottom oven steam clouds the top oven window. Not sure if I'd buy another Kitchen Aid oven in the future considering the cost and these issues.

Have only had the oven a few weeks but very happy with it. Very quiet while heating, registers when you put the food in the oven and marks the time on the display. It also will convert a recipe to convection for you. Best Buy was the only store with this 27 inch oven in stock and was able to deliver it within a week.

This is a Great Wall oven. Love the looks of this wall oven & have always been satisfied with Kitchenaid products!
