The top oven doesn't get to the right temp. The oven light will not go off, the oven racks never cool down (12 hours later, the racks are still too hot touch) The cooling down cycle is so loud we can hear it in the other room with a movie on. I HATE IT. We are not keeping it. My other kitchen aid wasn't great either. Cannot use the self clean without taking out the mother board (happened 4 times to me), But the Kitchen aid fits in the hole...so don't have to buy all new cabinets....

Pleased that it can operate in either mode and cooked a banana nut loaf perfectly in the convection mode effortless. Still getting use to all of the options but that was the test for me--doing something that I do well in an conventional oven in a convection oven. Can't wait to bake a cake.
