This oven looks great and has more features and functions than my wife knows how to use. She loves it and makes it worth every penny.

This new purchase is an upgrade from our old KitchenAid convection/microwave combination oven which was over 33 years old. The upgraded digital components are easy to use. More importantly, the heat generated from the new oven is much faster, cooking times are far less than our old unit. Overall, so far so good. I would definitely recommend this product.

I had to return the oven because a ceramic hook holding the broiling unit to the top of the microwave was broken off. I got a 2nd identical model and the exact, same ceramic piece was broken. I finally replaced the unit with a Fridigaire.

Called 800# to see if I could get help, a oven isn't functioning correctly. I have a call into Best Buy to have someone come out to see if they can find problem. If not it will have to be replaced.

We needed to replace a 27" oven in a white kitchen. Most ovens are 30" and white is surprisingly hard to find. This oven looks great and, so far at least, works well. The microwave "chime" isn't very loud and the fan continues to run until the door is opened, so sometimes it's hard to know when the cooking time has ended. This is a minor issue; overall, very pleased (hopefully, this will continue to be true).

So far so good. Have only had this installed now for about 2 weeks but it seems very good.

Awesome asset to have. Was looking for a good combo that could fit within the kitchen without major upgrades. It looks great in the kitchen, and it certainly does its job. Already microwaved, broiled, and roasted happily with the convenience of a single location.

I got this a few weeks ago. I absolutely love it! I love the capabilities of the microwave. It can be used as an oven when you are baking or cooking smaller portions. The oven bakes beautifully even. Love it!!

First delivery the oven did not function correctly, doors did not close properly. Replacement delivery the oven did not heat up. The corners on doors and trim piece, especially the blower cover, are sharp and dangerous.

Great product. The only drawback with this model and most if not all others like it is the microwave oven is on the top but the door pulls down instead of swinging open making it awkward to put food in.

We just bought the double unit with really high quality finish, and we just love the unit. We are really glad we chose this one.

Oven was delivered late, as it was apparently “lost” the Friday it was supposed to arrive. It came Monday and was installed. On Friday it quit working. We’re now awaiting the repair parts. So, I’ve used it 4 days in the last month. I don’t really know how it works, as most of the features haven’t been tried yet. It is beautiful, but at this point, useless. I expect more of Kitchenaide.

This is a replacement for a 20 year old KitchenAid wall oven. Love the stainless handles on a white appliance! So far everything works great.

Exactly ONE month with barely any use the fan in the oven is broken.

On the second oven because of problems and this one is doing the same thing!

After the product was installed, the Installers couldn't get it to work and blamed our electrical circuit (even though the screen lite up and the lights were on in the product). They clearly were not Electricians or knew how to operate the product.....waiting on a new one to be installed...
