This is an amazing oven microwave combo. My GE microwave combo shorted and caught fire and I already bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher so I was pushed to buy this unit. It is expensive but for a cheap unit it was 2600 so I for 1200 more we kept with the same brand. I was concerned about the fit but it just fit the opening. Love that the microwave is also a mini oven and has a crisper. Works great. One star off due to price and crisper pan was scratched out of the box.

We needed a combo microwave and lower oven for a small kitchen in a condo. This oven is perfect. It is well made and has tons of features. The fan is quiet and both ovens are also convection ovens. The stainless exterior is very attractive.

This unit features a convection microwave, was well as a convection oven. Essentially it is a microwave and double convection oven all in one unit. KitchenAid is the only manufacturer at this time that offers this combination of useful appliances. It is very well constructed, easy to use, and offers top-shelf operational features for both sections. Highly recommend.

I bought the 27" since it's not that much smaller than the 30." The oven fit perfectly in our space so no additional cutting. The delivery guys turned on the lower oven to burn off any residual chemicals. He said it was normal to smoke and he was right. There was quite a bit of smoke in the oven, but none of it came out. You MUST do this and keep the oven on for about an hour at 350 degrees. After that, no smoke issues. Take some time to learn the oven if you're not use to convection. The upper oven is a combination microwave and convection oven. Use the microwave oven like any other microwave. Use the convection oven like you would us a standard bake oven. The lower oven can be used as a convection oven or standard oven. We have/had a counter top convection toaster oven and it was great. After testing our new upper convection oven we got rid of our toaster oven. The oven comes with a rack and crisp pan to use in the upper convection oven. You don't use these items when using the microwave. The rack is basically used as a self to put on pans for convectional cooking or use the rack for toasting. It's good to use for toasting bread or bagels. The crisp pan is used like a fry skillet. I've cooked fish using Pam and the fish came out very crispy. There's also a baking pan to use for baking cookies or such. We cover the baking pan with foil for easy clean up. Yes, you can use foil in the upper oven as long as you're cooking with the convection settings. Just think of the upper oven as two separate ovens. A microwave (no foil or metal) and a convection oven (cook like you would in a standard oven. We haven't even used the lower oven. All the selves in the lower oven are adjustable even the slide out shelf. The only complaint we have about this oven is the black display. Fingers prints are always visible! However, that's not a design flaw that's just something we didn't think about. The rest of the oven is great as far as finger prints go. We really like this oven.

Overall it is a great quality, functionality and very good looking unit.

only had a month but so far loving all the features on it! I esp like the probe feature so the food i’m baking is not over or undercooked .... great for getting that perfect internal temp! microwave is awesome too!

This is a fantastic value as it has the quality and the price was very good. The oven is great, heats-up quickly and works like a clock with a lot of features, the microwave is quiet and efficient with a lot of features too.

We bought this to fit in our cabinetry where our 1985 double ovens had been. It was hard to find a good model for the size that had the convection/microwave combo option, but I'm glad we settled on this one! It is easy to use and cooks/bakes very well. I would recommend to others!

Solid construction and elegant design. Oven and microwave work extremely well - much better convection cooking that the oven that we replaced. Looks like commercial grade quality!

I did not realize how old my old oven/stove combo was until I got this, wow, what a difference in cooking and no noise at all.

Lots of whistles and bells. Haven't learned to use all of the options, but just using the stove and microwave in a basic manner has been great. Everything that we've cooked has come out perfect so far. Looks great both inside and out....

We replaced a 25 year old microwave/oven combo with this KitchenAid and so far, the KitchenAid is a dream! Controls are easy to figure out, it looks beautiful, and having 3 racks in the oven (as opposed to one) is going to make warming all those holiday dishes way more doable. Baking and cooking so far has been perfect. This was a pricey spend for us, but way worth it!

The Microwave and oven are working very well. It has a lot of features. Only comment I have is that the alarm sound is so low, one can hardly hear it.

Nice oven, however the microwave fan stays on after it stops cooking. Old oven/microwave shut off completely after cooking. It makes it seem that it is still cooking when it is actually finished. I really like to gliding rack, but wish all the racks had this feature.

Love the oven and microwave, very easy to use. Life saver at Christmas being able to use microwave as convection oven.

I still love the look of this oven/microwave combo. This oven replaced an old GE oven and it allows me to bake with full size pans. Since there are 4 racks, I can also bake a lot more cookies at the same time. I also love that it comes with some great preprogramed settings. My popcorn NEVER burns. The negatives are that it takes a lot longer to heat up and cool down then my old combo, It also is a lot noisier as well. We hear the metal popping as it heats up.

Loved the design. Very easy to use and the blue interior is eye catching. Haven't tried the microwave convection oven/broiler feature yet but expect it to be on par with what I have experienced so far.

I finally replaced my old oven and microwave! This new KitchenAid is absolutely wonderful. Easy to use and cooks very evenly. I would recommend this product highly!

This walloven combination has countless features it is very easy to use and the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Super happy with this purchase.

Beautiful appliance, both inside and outside. Very heavy, quality construction. Inside lower oven is so much bigger than the same size, i.e., 27", JennAir I had for decades. This one will accommodate two 9 x 13 pans side by side! Assistance provided by the Best Buy in-home consultant (Michaela) was thorough from start to finish. She followed through on everything she said she'd do....much appreciated.
