We found our shopping trip for a new Oven and Dishwasher a wonderful experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful to find the perfect solution for our home. The price was very reasonable and delivery and installation when well as well as removal of the old equipment...

Love the stove but did not get instructions for microwave. The installer came alone the 1st day but could not handle the stove by himself so we waited 2 days for 2 guys to return and install.

Wonderful style, bakes and roasts well, and I love the steam cooking in the microwave!

This pair of ovens is capable of producing fabulous results. There is a definite learning curve. I would appreciate a class, as was provided in the past, or a manual demonstrating each method of cooking various foods.

This micro/oven combo has excellent performance. They say form follows function but in this case both are superb. The microwave is the best I’ve owned and the oven performance is top notch.

This microwave and oven combo takes up less space and both work perfectly.

I love all the functions on this oven, except for trying to clean the finger smudges off the function keys, I end up turning everything on and off. I wish there was a key to turn all function keys off so I can clean. The interior is easy to clean, just use soap and water. Don't use anything abrasive and with all ovens, DO NOT USE SELF CLEANING. This ruins your microwave/oven over time. My first Kitchenaid oven/microwave only lasted 7 years as I used the Self cleaning a handful of times. It took me 4 repairman later to figure out they put the self cleaning function on all ovens, but you shouldn't use it.

Great product! Versatile with three racks in the oven. It also can be divided to have two separate temps at the same time. It’s also a convection oven and self cleaning. Great installation team

We needed a 27” oven and this was really our only option. We replaced a 3 piece unit so had to buy this and then add the warmer on the bottom. Works well so far!

Not even 4 months old and it quit working! Warranty covers repairs but the unit has already been down nearly two weeks Service tech's first visit didn't solve the problem and additional parts had to ordered. Looks like it will be another week before it is repaired. I recommend the extend warranty, which really should not be necessary on an oven that cost this much! On the plus side, it looks great and is easy to operate.

The unit works as expected. We had the same model from 21 years ago and had to purchase this one because it still is the same size for the cabinet opening.

Working in the kitchen now is a pleasure. This oven is magnificent and I love the convection microwave second oven. I have baked cookies and bread so far and have enjoyed every minute. A wonderful product with all the features at a reasonable price.

The Best Buy representatives were very attentive in finding this replacement product for us. The pre-installation team were efficient and professional and the installation was done expertly. We are still getting used to the features on this new appliance, but it has everything that we need and using it is fairly intuitive. We are fans of KitchenAid
