Remodeling kitchen and replacing 25 year old appliances. Limited selection of 27 inch units, but liked this one. With Best Buy price matching got a very good deal. Enjoying unit

We replaced an older KitchenAid oven with this one so learning how to use the new one was easy. It also fit perfectly in the old space.

we haven't used it yet, so intense is our desire to keep it perfect and a work of art.

The delivery, price and installation was exactly as described could not be more pleased. This unit is replacing and older exact same thing? This new unit is far superior to the 15 year old unit. If your on the fence I would highly recommend this unit and I have to several friends.

I love my new combo oven. The controls are easy to use. Heating element is below the floor of the oven for easy cleaning. Blue oven interior is nice looking.

Needed to replace an old stove. This one fits great and works well really easy to install.

This Kitchenaid Combo Electric Convection Oven with Microwave has huge shoes to fill! It's replacing a Kitchen Combo that's given us over 21 years of nearly perfect service. But if the feature set is any indication, we believe it will. For starters, the microwave is also a convection oven. The Defrost and Popcorn options are easy to understand and operate, and the displays are easy to read. The glide-out oven rack is a nice feature, too. While we're still learning about all the things these ovens can do, we're very happy with our purchase, plus it matches our Kitchenaid refrigerator/freezer and our Kitchenaid dishwasher. The 30" Electric Convection Oven and 36" Induction Cooktop should arrive next month our appliance update complete. Looking forward to the next twenty years!

So far so good! We have not had any problems and we are glad to have purchased it. The installers were GREAT!

Beautiful unit. Much quieter than our older unit and built much more solid. It was on back-order, but Best Buy was great about keeping us informed.

We replaced a 17 year old Kitchenaid combo with this model and love the look in our kitchen. Controls easy enough to learn. Works great.

New combo wall oven and microwave both convection. Just getting used to it -so far so good

First, Best Buy and Geek Squad were great to work with. They were responsive to my problem, until Whirlpool called them off. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KITCHENAID OR WHIRLPOOL. I purchased an EXPENSIVE Kitchenaid microwave/oven wall unit and had it installed December 14. It worked for one week. It is now February 23, and this has not been resolved. The CUSTOMER SERVICE for KitchenAid/Whirlpool is atrocious. Even now, no one can tell me when all the parts will be in to repair my unit. The last time I spoke with Whirlpool, they said it would “take longer” to get a new unit than to repair mine. I have been extraordinarily patient: we cooked Christmas dinner on the grill and in crockpots, laughing our way through it. The laughing is long past as I cook in my kitchen, looking at my $3,000. decoration which has not worked for 9 weeks,

This is an attractive wall unit. It takes some getting used to compared to a previous Thermador unit we had. The microwave oven is not well lit when operating; stronger interior lighting would be helpful. Also, the done beeper sounds are relatively faint. Also, I miss having a side opening microwave.

Were had a Viking Oven that stopped working. They do not fix the boards anymore. So we bought this to replace.
