Great little device

Also, making hummus with this is a lot better than using my full size blender. This actually puree's all of the chickpeas where my blender left chunks.

Food gets stuck in the space between the spinning shaft/spindle and the blade. I have to use a stick swewer in the crevice for cleaning out stuck food. We are currently looking for a replacement. Also installing and engaging the blade isnt alwasy easy.

This one does the job perfectly. I also like the pouring sprout on the top, it makes it easier to make home made salad dressings.
