Installers were great, and the product works as advertised.

Michael and Rodney were very thorough and helpful when they came to the house to access what type of oven we needed. We decided to get a Kitchen Aide oven right then. Rodney helped us get a delivery two weeks earlier. We appreciated that.

The oven works flawlessly but...the control panel is bent outward creating a 1/4 inch gap and not flush against the cabinet. It was installed this way. Your installers need training to notice these issues. It is due to be replaced 10/20/21.

It's a bit annoying having the fan operating during non convection cooking and during the cooling down. We replaced a Chambers 27" oven with the KA 30" with minor adjustments to the cabinet. It's an excellent oven and the larger capacity and its features are great. The oven door is an improvement over the Chambers.

Lennie was great to work with and have recommended him to friends and family. Purchased new Kitchen Aid Kitchen and everything is functioning as described! The dishwasher is so quiet, I have to double check to see if it is running!.

7 years ago I purchased a Bosh oven for my kitchen remodel. It never worked correctly. After 5 service calls and over $800 in repairs, I replaced it with a new Kitchen Aid and I can finally bake with confidence every time.

Nice oven but its on pricey side and we have not used it much yet.

This is a sharp looking oven and really helped our kitchen update. The installation was smooth and the installers were amazing. I works great for everything we have used it for. Default for needing to set the timer is odd and I probably need to look at the user manual for more detail. But overall very happy.

We thoroughly enjoy the features of our Kitchenaid wall . The roll out rack is great and the temperature probe cooked our turkey perfectly. The interior lights also light the interior brightly. Overall we love it

Extremely pleased with this oven. Baking has been a pleasure. Temperature is constant and reliable.

Haven't used the oven yet. Installation was ok but instructions need to be more clear before buy regarding the dimensions needed. The specs in the oven papers was a little different than what you read on-line.

The best buy store where we purchased the appliances has an amazing variety of products. Way more than every other store we've been at, so check out the Austin Store at Hwy183 Near the domain. We love the look of this model line and the quality of the products. Great especially for the money.
