    The unit appears to be as advertised although it has just been installed and we haven't had a chance to explore all the features yet

  • Don't buy! Died after using self cleaning

    As a prior reviewer noted the oven locked and burned out the motherboard after using self cleaning mode once. Door had to me removed to even look at a repair. Repair person said part would take over a month to get "IF" part was still available. 2 months later we were told unable to get the part and now have to look at buying a new oven

    My convection fan will not turn off even on bake cycle. Kitchenaid told my repair person that it is supposed to operate like that. It is NOT! They sent a defective product and refuse to correct it. Do NOT buy Kitchenaid!
