Door had to me removed to even look at a repair. Repair person said part would take over a month to get "IF" part was still available. 2 months later we were told unable to get the part and now have to look at buying a new oven

Do not buy Kitchenaid

Kitchenaid told my repair person that it is supposed to operate like that. It is NOT! They sent a defective product and refuse to correct it. Do NOT buy Kitchenaid!
