I was concerned when reading the reviews about the self cleaning causing the door to bubble so I bought the extended warranty. We shall see.

The salesman specifically told me that this oven would heat from the bottom element, and that the fan would not be running during baking. With the convection fan going on and off during bake mode everything cooks faster and I have to watch it to make sure my food does not overcook.

Item was delivered and installed with factory defect , today is 11/10/23 and we are still awaiting a new oven .

Im very happy with the way my new oven cooks and especially like the option of convection cooking as well as standard operation. I am VERY disappointed that my new oven did not come with a broiler pan. Since my previous Kitchenmaid oven came with one I assumed my new one would also. I usually use my broiler 3-4 times a week.

This unit has malfunction on a continual basis. The heat and the oven functions have not worked properly since the first year it was installed.

Worked great but the black stainless is not like the picture shows. Looks a lot closer to stainless once light hits it in any way.

Do Not buy. I purchased in Nov. 2016. Thermal fuse failed 3 months after install. Was under warranty and they replaced it. Thermal fuse failed again in December 2017. Warranty ended 1 month earlier, so this cost me $350. Thermal fuse just failed for the third time. This product is a LEMON.

This oven has never worked properly. The lights flicker, the door doesn't shut properly, the convection fan sounds like an airplane, and the cleaning setting doesn't work at all. It is a complete lemon that Best Buy nor Kitchen Aid will fix or replace. A total waste of $2500.

Attractive. I’d like if when preheating, there’d be tracking of the temp until it reaches ‘go’ point, as well as the temp when calling down.

I’m sooo disappointed of your service. First, they’ve come to deliver my Oven but it turn out your sales representative sold me the wrong one. It’s smaller than my old one. Second, they’ve scheduled me last 12/17 for delivery and have to cancel again due to somebody got sick. You should other options or back up for delivery :-(

Worst delivery system ever. It really is disappointing in every way. It’s too bad that I big corporate like Best Buy has a very inefficient unprofessional and complicated delivery system

Great product! Has several modes and option to efficiently and effectively cook all types of meals.

I have always been impressed with kitchenaid ovens and I’m happy with my purchase.

I still do not have this item. They have cancelled and rescheduled and im told it hasn’t left the warehouse. This is an august purchase. Not at all pleased

I really like the inside of the oven. It's easy to clean up spills without have to use the self clean function. I also like the 3 racks which glide out very nicely. I'm having a weird issue with the controls. When I'm baking and the timer goes off, i check to see if my cookies need more time. When I go to the timer to add more time, the oven temperature controls gets changed instead, or I accidentally turn the oven off. So I have to turn off the oven and reset the temp and the timer just to add a few more minutes of bake time. It's a pain when you are making batches of cookies. There must be a better way, but I haven't found it. This is a significant usability issue that I hope they address.

I have this unit for 4 years. The unit works fine until I tried self-cleaning. This is the first time I used self-cleaning feature and will be my last time. I started the self-cleaning operation and went to sleep. My husband got up in the middle of night and found the oven was extremely hot so he cancelled the operation. Since then after 4 days, the door of the oven remained locked. We are still trying to get a service guy to rescue the unit. Not sure if it is repairable. I was told by appliances service company that don't ever use self-cleaning operation on any oven. I learned my lesson.
