Great oven with a few quirks

What I don't love is the HEAT that blows from the bottom of it while in use AND while the fan is blowing during the cool down phase, of which there is no way of stopping. Holy cow! Hate using it during the summer. Also, the touch panel is very very hard to see if you don't have a bright light shining on it. It doesn't light up, except for the clock. And heaven forbid if you lean on it accidentally while reaching a cabinet above it, you inadvertently hit some buttons and hear beeps and you have to cancel whatever started by accident.

Chatted with Best Buy support, they can't help until the oven has been here a full 24 hours. Tried calling then and got "disconnected". Now on phone with KitchenAid.

Can’t Handle the heat!

A true catastrophe at times mid meal cooking. Sickening when realize the cost to fix is huge and it won’t fix this problem.

Bad Experience- New Motherboard needed
