So far, the oven/microwave combo is working well. Just wish manufacturers today would provide more instructions. For a $3000 purpose, a detailed paper manual would cost them a few cents to print. This combo has so many different features and it's really hard to figure out how to best utilize them based on the brief online manual.

Very nice wall combo to replace the KitchenAid one I had for nine years

Our KitchenAid Built-In Electric Oven and Microwave are quite nice. There are many features that I will have to learn how to use, i.e. air fryer. The Best Buy tech who installed the unit did a great job. The oven and microwave is very attractive and enhances our kitchen. We purchased a white unit to go with our refrigerator and dish washer. Best Buy did a great job getting this unit to our home.

Delivery of item was rescheduled multiple times and took multiple visits to the store. Customer service was completely unhelpful and didn’t have good information regarding status. Product arrived in good condition and in working order.

The microwave and the oven are both terrific. Very easy to use and the results are perfect, So pleased we purchased. So glad Michael suggested Kichenaid. The best retail company we have dealt with in years and the installers are very careful, efficient, and know what they are doing. Could not be happier with the selection, ordering, and delivery from Pacific Sales and Best Buy.

The functionality and options to cook make this a great replacement for my previous KitchenAid that performed well for 18-years. I wish I had replaced it sooner! The increased size and cooking options make this a fantastic purchase.

The microwave is whisper quiet with a reheat feature that really heats the food throughout just right. The oven is great. The only question we've had is how to get the air fryer to work. Beautiful unit, nice and solid.

This double wall combo unit is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. The convection oven cooks evenly, and the microwave's air fry mode is perfect for making healthy, crispy meals. The stainless steel finish looks modern and fits well with any style. I’m so happy I got such a great appliance at an amazing price from Best Buy!

1 month review. Thus far happy with the Kitchenaid 30" built in electric convection double wall and combination microwave. I would give it 5 stars but item was listed as open box excellent which was supposed to be near perfect and missing no items. When in fact it was missing the lower vent cover and was more in the fair condition category. So my review would be 5 for the unit 1 for best buy and their false description. When I called best buy they said go to the store and the there was no way to call store (which was over an hour away).

Perfect size and the microwave oven air fryer combo is amazing. User friendly

After 18 months the microwave stopped working. It took 8 weeks and 6 trips by the tech to determine it unrepairable. Whirlpool (Kitchen Aide) has the worst customer service and unacceptable communication. The product is in pristine condition and not abused by owner.

So far this oven works perfectly. I have not tried the air fryer as of yet but i am excited to see what this over and microwave can do!

This combo is great! I bought it as an open box and saved tons of money. Great price for a great product. It’s too bad I can only give it 5 stars!

This microwave/oven has been updated, and it's significantly improved over the previous version. The new air frier feature is great!!

Couldn’t be happier with the way this unit works. We replaced a seven year old GE Profile unit that the oven and the microwave gave out.

Great appliance very happy with it. our only difficulty was trying to make the first payment your system is NOT user friendly!

The oven combo replaced similar one from Kitchen Aid. This one has been flawless, especially liked the Air Fry option
