Microwave Light Not Bright

There is not enough light to see the inside thus, making it extremely difficult to see when in use. Not sure why this is. We've worked with Customer Service thinking it was a lightbulb issue. However, the bulb was changed and the issue remained the same. It appears to be a manufacuter issue. This may not seem to big issue but shedding light on this can keep things from bubling over. I wish someone could find a solution to this issue. I can't post a photo due to reflection. At this time I would recommend this product but have a flishlight close by when using the microwave.

Must have wall ovens

We purchase all Kitchenaid appliances for the totally renovated kitchen space. All of the appliance appear to be high quality appliances. The ovens operate as both a microwave and convection ovens. The lower oven is enormous.
