Another review stated the popcorn issue, and it had nothing to do with the bag. Oven suggests removing a shelf to decrease preheat time. Really? I'd give anything to have my GE profiles back! Very unsatisfied. We purchased in December. But didn't move in until April. We've had the dance issues ever since.

The microwave door doesn’t always shut securely enough and the light will stay on unless pressure is applied to the door to turn the light off. The same thing has to happen in order for the microwave to start sometimes

It was purchased as part of our kitchen project that is going on now and into the next couple of months while we are out of the house. We feel confident that it all will work well wh we n we need it in a few months.
