Replacement apparently Requires dismantling the unit – A paired Wall unit Not easily managed by the consumer. It’s hard to consider that we might have to pay a service technician to come to the house to change a lightbulb, especially after investing significantly in the product.

It's very annoying. I hear it when I'm eating... and that's just how it is! I'm now calling, because my microwave is taking 20+ seconds to come up to speed. KitchenAid was once, dependably good.
