Great features: convection oven and microwave. Compared to other high end products, this wall unit is just as good as any we reviewed both online and in the store.

Purchased a new Kitchenaid oven and microwave. Best Buy Total Tech installed it quickly and on time and hauled away the older unit. Great installation and great oven and microwave performance. I highly recommend this Kitchenaid product

I love my new stainless steel oven and microwave combo. It's beautiful inside and out. My only complaint is that the microwave is extremely noisy. I don't remember my GE being so loud? It works well and looks great in my kitchen. But, I gave it four stars because of the noise.

I replaced a 12 year old KitchenAide wall oven microwave combo with this new version. It is a great quality and good looking design at a reasonable price point.

Great double mount oven. It looks gorgeous and matches the rest of the kitchenaid appliances bundle we purchased. I tried it twice to make a gluten free cake, it came out super fluffy, it’s the first time I had a gluten free cake coming out that fluffy. I love this oven.

The oven is beautiful and works well and just as described. We are still exploring functions, but so far do good.

We have been using the same combo Kitchen Aid product since 2005 never had an issue. Control panel to turn on the microwave quit working, we are replacing the same combo product with improved new model.

A fantastic kitchen appliance. Now I have matching equiptment. The refrigerator/freezer is also the best we have owned. Clean lines, easy to operate, and do what they are supposed to do. We’ll worth the extra cost. KitchenAid is now our go to brand.

Love the microwave oven especially since microwave is also a convection oven. Two things I don’t like are the lights on the panel are white and it takes 20 minutes for the main oven to preheat to cooking temperature. Our sales person even automatically gave us an additional discount of $220 when the price dropped less then a week after our purchase. Great sales experience!

Actually it’s a pretty good wall convection unit for the price the upper convection makes it really convenient and the microwave combo makes it speedy also this one was to replace a light unit that the microwave had gone out of if I had a complaint it would be the price to replace the magnetron in the old one other than that great unit.

Love this combo oven and microwave unit. Both the oven and microwave have a convection baking option. I love that the microwave is essentially another oven. Best Buy and their installers were easy to work with.

Fantastic oven, the individual buttons are much better then the touchscreen. When your cooking the ease of adjusting everything with dedicated buttons is important, had the touchscreen version and swapped to this one.

I've used this oven for a few days and am not in love with it, but I may need some time to adjust. My major complaint is the microwave is very noisy. The fan is awfully loud. It also doesn't seem to be powerful. If the suggested cooking time is 20-30 seconds, I have to do 40 seconds. Also, it automatically reduces the temperature that you set it at to adjust for convection cooking. I've found it doesn't adjust well. If I set the convection for 400, I want it to cook at 400, not decide for me that it will cook at 375...since it's wrong. The oven is super quiet, but I've notice food doesn't brown like it did In my last oven. I cooked chicken that was done but the chicken looked boiled after I baked it. Then I made a casserole, and again nothing was browned when it was done.
