The product itself was really good, but it was delivered with broken part. Because it was holiday season and we were told by best buy request serive from kitchenaid is the quickest way to have it fixed. We couldnot use it for almost a month until kitchenaid came to fix it. I called bestbuy customer service and it was not a pleasaunt conversation. The cunstomer service representative made it sounds like it was my mistake not requesting a replacement. Bestbuy need some quality assurance before shipping the product. It was a disappointing experience.

Product has a great design and look. Controls operate great. Install was easy.

Purchased this shortly before I put my house up for sale. I wish I could have brought it with me because it is the most excellent oven/convect oven/micro I have ever had. Love that you can switch the top from microwave to convection oven in seconds. Very quite cooking, and practically any heat is felt around the door when the oven is in use because it is so well insulated.

Installation was a breeze. Easy yo use. Great quality.

The wall oven has everything you would expect from a KitchenAid. This replaced a two-piece wall oven, so by having the top oven physically connected to the bottom oven and only one control panel, it takes up much less room in the cabinet. This allowed us to put it a little higher, making it much easier to get things in/out of the lower oven. It is a little bit wider than the previous oven, so some slight cutting had to be done to the cabinet to get it to fit. Also, the electrical connections are on the top, so hopefully your junction box is near the top of the cabinet. Also, worth mentioning is that the black stainless is beautiful, but not very common. It took a VERY long time to get this built and delivered.

We had custom cabinets built for a 2007 version of this unit. The microwave started to fall apart so we literally had no choice since few manufacturers build to this size. The unit has worked well for us and has some capabilities we did not have on our 2007 version. It has performed fine and has quality shelves in the lower oven and comes with some additional cooking items. The engineers need to work on the design of this versus the 2007 version. In the new one, you need to use the keypad on the right to make temp/time selections but the controls for both the microwave and the oven are on the left. In some cases, depending on what you are doing, you need go right, left, right, left...the old design had all the controls on the right.

There are so many great features about this combination. I finally have used everything including the crisp function in the microwave and I love it. The only thing I'm having trouble with, is reaching the back wall of the microwave for cleaning.

This is a beautiful looking unit. Having the microwave built in is a nice feature as well

Very easy to use . Great design for a high quality oven .

We went back and forth on this one for our new home. The choices were a double oven and a separate microwave or this combo oven microwave. We decided the features of this combo unit would best serve our needs and that has proven to be the case. The gas and convection provide great cook options and the microwave is powerful.

So far so good. Looks great and functionality is as expected from a KitchenAid product. Blued ceramic interior is easy to clean. Touchscreen buttons are intuitive and easy to use.

This unit works great. The racks in the oven are easy to adjust and the microwave works great as well This unit cooks much better that our old one. I would recommend this unit.

Bought this unit to replace an old GE unit that was not performing very well. This combo is very easy to use, is much, much quieter than the old GE unit and is extremely attractive.

We bought a house that had all original appliances so we decided to upgrade everything. The oven/microwave combo was the first item to be installed. So far, it has worked perfectly.

Replaced a double oven with this microwave oven combo. It fit in the opening well. However, the old double oven was taller which left an opening of about 11" below the oven. It required to have a matching stainless steel peice be fabricated and mounted below the stove. We are very pleased with both the microwave and standard oven.

It is a great item. I love that it’s very quiet, user friendly, stylish and the microwave and oven combo save so much spare from any kitchen. I’m really happy with the purchase as of now, I’ve only had it a few months.

This unit is shorter in height than our 30 year old oven/microwave unit so we had to do some custom cabinetry to make it work. Lucky us we have a cabinet maker living across the street from us to help with installation. The install directions are simple and easy to follow.

Haven't had this long, but it is not only a beauty on the outside but works like a charm. Cooked our Thanksgiving day dinner in it this year and the Turkey was perfect! Love the light feature, it almost looks as if you have the door open its such a nice view of what's cooking.
