Going on third one which won’t be delivered until MidMay. So have no choice but to be without microwave until then. They sent GeekSquad to try to fix it. A 7 day old appliance. And turns out Geek Squad can’t service Whirlpool. You’d think they know that prior to scheduling the appt. Complete waste of time. Bad product!

Delivery was changed to a later date after confirming the date given and I was not notified about it until I spent my afternoon calling the store inquiring about it.

Bought this similar model as a replacement. The upper microwave/oven's steam functionality does not work the same as it did in older models (that would have a dedicated line and pumps in the steam during heating). This model requires you to add a cup of water inside to "steam". Heating power also does not seem as strong as older model. Very disappointed.
