This was the only good thing about this purchase. Our install time was between 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Short story - missed two holiday parties that day - installers showed up at 8:15 PM!! Called several times during the day and they could only say “they are stuck in traffic.” To add insult to injury - one week later the microwave doesn’t work. It’s showing Error F6E8. Looked on KitchenAids website and did everything they suggested — STILL NOT WORKING AFTER ONE WEEK! Still waiting again for someone to take a look and fix it. Of course my original repair request was lost in the system. Two Saturdays in a row wasted on this appliance. Stay away!!

Avoid Best Buy And Kitchenaid

The oven had an issue but the microwave worked well. Best Buy replaced the unit and now the oven works well and the microwave does not shut all the way. The repair person has been out twice and just says nothing is wrong with it. Meanwhile I walk over to it and the light it still on because the door does not shut unless you shut it hard. Sometimes the microwave runs without actually turning on. I have video of all of this. I would avoid any of this and Best Buy appliances.

DONT ORDER! Terrible customer service

Product was defective, took back same day on Nov 28th. Did NOT hear about about replacement. Called two times. Told to way 24-48hrs for a follow-up. Waited that twice. NO ONE CALLED ME. NO ONE EMAILED. Was sent link on TXT to schedule appointment. Schedule on Dec 11th (again no phone call/email). TXT appoitment is reschedule due to unavailable item. Expected DELIVERY DEC 30th. BEST BUY RUINED MY CHRISTMAS DINNER. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! NO ONE WILL EVER CONTACT YOU.

Do not buy this oven...

To replace it requires removal of the unit. The installation was done so that the unit can not be removed. Repeated attempts to have the install team out to fix this has been unsuccessful. Additionally, the product itself does not allow for variable temperature settings in the oven. The whole experience has been very disappointing - something unexpected with Best Buy.
