had oven deliveed and installed by bestbuy, oven didnt work and installer left oven. gave little assistance with getting problem fixed

Walloven is detective, apparently there is an issue with the mother board, the wall oven is out of stock now.

Very unsatisfied with this purchase. Purchased in 1/2019. Oven worked 3 times then stopped working. Called the manufacturer and was told it was out of warranty. Had to prove my purchase. Main system was bad in the oven and has to be replaced. Still not working part on order. NOT BRAND NEW ANYMORE.

One month in and we love it. Serves as a double oven but also a microwave. Makes a killer pizza and air fries nuggets and fast food quickly. I used it for the holidays and was able to make a roast, lasagna and keep other food warm all at the same time. Easy to use and a fantastic look for our kitchen!

Overall we are very happy with design and quality.

We love the microwave and oven combo. It has a nice clean look for our newly remodeled kitchen. We’ve only had it a couple weeks but love the features of both so far!

I had kitchen before also, excellent product, very elegant looks.

These days I notice that the oven didn't come with an instruction manual, so we have to go through the menu one by one and figure out if this is set up to do what you ask it to.

purchased product in September 2018. installed in October 2018. generally very pleased with product. one recent issue is a harsh noise from time to time when using the microwave. unit works correctly but the noise is a concern as it is becoming more often. does anyone have this issue?

Premium priced, but very low quality appliances. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER buy another Kitchenaid appliance. We purchased a stainless steel wall oven and microwave combination for a new house that was finished in August 2017. Model number is KOCE500ESS05. The oven does NOT HOLD the temperature. This has been reported hundreds (possibly thousands) of times on the internet. The company has NOT FIXED a known issue with the oven. Now, we have a unit that we purchased for thousands of dollars that is a little over a year old that will need hundreds of dollars in repairs. Kitchenaid is NOT what it used to be. When I called to report the problem, it was answered by Whirlpool. I should note that I also purchased a very expensive Maytag washing machine for my house which also has major problems. Stay away from KitchenAid, Maytag, and Whirlpool. You will pay a premium price for substandard appliances.

I'm a long time fan of the Whirlpool product line, so I was happy to get this Kitchen Aid oven combo as my wife wanted Bosch. From the beginning, the microwave wouldn't start unless you pounded on the door handle. After finally getting a service person to troubleshoot the issue he found that the microwave wasn't built properly in the factory, and unfortunately, it could not be repaired in the field, but would need to be replaced. Weeks later, Whirlpool contacted me to tell me the replacement had been ordered, but they couldn't give me a delivery date. Even more weeks later, I still don't have a delivery date, so I sent Whirlpool an email as getting through to them by phone is impossible. Their email response was that they couldn't give me a delivery date for the shipment of the replacement oven, and they couldn't even give me a date of when they would provide me a replacement date. This is frustrating, to say the least, and it's obvious that Whirlpool is having some internal manufacturing issues when they can't even provide delivery dates. But on a positive note, my wife isn't saying "I told you would should get Bosch".

They don't tell you this when you buy it, but apparently the light bulbs in the microwave don't last long. No big deal right? I thought so too. YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE ENTIRE UNIT OUT OF THE WALL TO REPLACE THE LIGHT BULB. Surprise! My repair guy -- THEIR AUTHORIZED SUPPLIER -- looks at it and shakes his head and yep, you have to take out the whole unit. On what planet does this make sense? Who designs product like this? Its like telling me that in order to change the oil in my car I have to remove the engine. Avoid.
