    I was given a faulty mixer after one use ot stop work I was rob of my hard working money and when bring it back they told me that the time on it expired to bring it back and it was just two weeks past the time.You guys are the worst now I’m sitting on home with a mixer I pay so much money for that not even work if I could give no start I would

    I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!!

    It didn’t work when I took it out of the box. I got it as a gift for my wife. The day I found out it was broken I took it back to Best Buy and was told it was out of the 14 day purchase window. Now I am stuck with a brand new mixer which doesn’t work. I will never shop a Best Buy again.

    Prefer head tilt model

    The mixer itself looks great. It’s very sturdy. However using it was difficult. it did not fit on my counter under the upper cabinets. The bowl is difficult to attach and detach. When using the whisk attachment, I could not remove the bowl without removing the whisk first.

    They offer a flash sale and then just after the return window, they lower the price and won't match it. Never buy during a flash sale,.
