It’s made well, much more durable than the Artisan Series for kneading dough. I just would like it more if the top lifted up more.

I did buy Best Buy's awesome insurance plan just in case. I love Kitchen Aid but like all brands everything will break or malfunction, so either way I'm covered.

I love this mixer. It's easy to use, clean, and the attachments work well. The only issue I have is that the metal part on the wisk attachment leaves oil or residue on my hands and the attachments won't reach the bottom, requiring me to use a spatula.
