She loves to make desserts and love to make tamales. This is perfect for those Mexican holidays and gotta get to mixing the "Masa", no instead of the elbow grease, it has been substituted by this amazing piece of equipment that get the job done twice as faster now!

We got it to replace a 6 quart one that broke on the top gearing area. We did have the other one for several years and it was used almost every day. I'm hoping this will last at least as long.

I have since learned its a major flaw in the lift up version that it doesn't mix very well for some doughs, cookies, and mixes. I got the shredder attachment and honestly i would have gotten it just for that. its the best part so far.
