Not only is this much needed for our bread making, It's beautiful as well and sits out on our counter to be admired. Worry free if it's going to fall apart, this things is well built and solid. Cooking is fun when you have pieces like this, it supports creativity in cooking because you just want to use it all the time. I'm excited to start getting some of the attachments too!
