It will perform all tasks to whipping egg whites to kneading bread. I have had one for over 30 years and now gift them to my children.

We got it to replace a 6 quart one that broke on the top gearing area. We did have the other one for several years and it was used almost every day. I'm hoping this will last at least as long.
