Bought for Christmas for my wife and she loves it. She has only used it a few times but she loves it.

I have always wanted a KitchenAid mixer. This mixture had exceeded my expectation. I do a lot of baking for my nieces and nephew and it’s so much easier than using a hand mixer.

It is big which fits a lot of dough, due to this however, it is very heavy. I still love it though! I enjoy mixing the dough for my cooking needs.

This mixer seems to be built to the same quality level as the 20+ year old 4.5 qt model it supplements, and will eventually replace, in my kitchen. Having to mount the bowl and raise it rather than raising the motor assembly takes some getting used to but it works just fine. It comes with a corkscrew-type dough 'hook', which doesn't work for small loads; an L-shaped hook is not available for it. Mixer is very stable and takes up only a little more room than the old one.

I just bought this mixer after using the tilt-head Kitchen Aid for the last 27 years! That tilt-head mixer is still going too, I just gave it to my daughter! I am getting used to not being able to tilt the beaters out of the bowl to scrape the bowl, which I need to do quite a bit because the clearance between the different attachments and the bowl seems to be a bit too much on the sides. I have already adjusted it as far as it will go and it is still a big enough space that whatever I'm making just sticks to the sides rather than getting mixed up. That is my biggest complaint. I wish that the precision in that clearance was a bit tighter. Otherwise, I will adjust, I wanted this version because I needed the bigger size bowl, and I do love that!

The purchase was easy, and the item was at my doorstep very quick. Thanks Best Buy. We haven't used it yet, so we didn't review the product. We did own another Kitchen Aide Mixer, and we had no problems.

It was just what I needed. As a chef on the Culinary team for the Lakers, The Clippers and the L.A. Kings; the price was right and jist when I needed an appliance with speed and the means to make my culinary needs possible.

Perfect mixer. Have used it to make italian bread and pizza dough to perfection.

Great mixer , really helps with alot. Its a little quieter then the professional version but it really gets any job done. Speed wise it is very acceptional and does a great job with whisking and mixing. Highly recommended
