    KitchenAid's 5.8 Cu. Ft. Gas Range is one we've had before at an old home. We've really liked how well it works as well as the style. The stainless steel feels a bit cheaper than the 2017 model we previously had. Something to keep an eye on over time.

    I wasn't prepared for the amount of smoke the oven created during its first use. It set off all three smoke detectors in the house. After reading comments by KitchenAid staff on the KitchenAid website, this is normal. After the third use, the smoking stopped. All-in-all, now that it has kicked the habit, I'm pleased!

    Had a slide in top of the line Amana. Great range but all electric. Wanted gas, researched my options and came up with this one. Love it, not to complex, does everything I expected, and more.

    Just baked my first loaves of bread using the Proof and Steam Bake functions. This is the best, lightest bread I've made in some time! The oven is especially large. I can get 4 loaves of French bread all on the same rack. Burners provide a variety of temperatures from low, medium and two high burners. I'm still getting used to which ones to use for which function. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase. The only draw-back is that the storage drawer is quite shallow due to the increase oven size. I can't store as many pots and pans as a result.

    This is a beautiful slide in range with pro level heating on the stove top and excellent oven performance. Just remember it generally takes gas ovens longer to reach desired temperature so you don’t think that it is not working correctly!

    Some burners burn too hot even on low setting to cook effectively. The self cleaning oven does a terrible job at cleaning itself. It's an attractive stove, just not as functional as I'd hoped for the investment.
