    This range looks great and cooks fine, but the stainless steel top scratches way too easily.

    Kitchenaid is the largest piece of junk ever made. This stove beyond sucks to the point as soon as we can afford another one this will be at the top of the driveway for free. We made the mistake of buying all Kitchenaid and will never do it again. They make garbage is all i can say. I know everything is garbage nowadays and its true but you dont always get what you pay for anymore.

    Scratched the top the first week when removing the heavy grates to clean the cooktop. The surface area of the burners are very small making it impossible to use more than one full sized pot/pan on one side at a time. The bottom oven is very low and awkward when trying to load in and out items. This is the first time I purchased a stove and have learned my lesson.

    This is just a temporary stove

    I am using this stove temporarily while waiting for delivery of my dual fuel stove of the same brand. The convection portion of the oven does not work! When selecting it, the stove shuts down and the GFI must be reset. My husband says something is wired wrong as the small oven works perfectly. Also, the grates over the burners are extremely heavy.

    I love the flexibility of this stove. Having 2 separate temp zones is fantastic. I will say, I was a bit disappointed that the griddle that comes with it is really only designed for use on the side burners and not the oblong center burner as one would assume. Instructions are in the manual... not something you necessarily review before you purchase.

    Great range of it works well. If it does break down for any reason under warranty, good luck getting it serviced. My range has been down for over a month and the manufacturer will take there time for service. I have spent a month of going out to eat because my range has been broken.

    Junk-Buy a Samsung

    Junk, buy a Samsung. Gas check valve went out less than a year. (gas smell in the kitchen) Cooking the convection oven will burn the sides and leave the middle uncooked. Never had issue with Samsung Products. Even the Kitchen Aid dishwasher we bought seal came off less than a year. Total bad quality in their design and manufacturing process. Never buy Kitchen Aid junk again.

    problems with oven not heating up

    I have had my oven for one year and the lower oven went out and had to be fixed. Still under manufacturers warranty. today the top oven bake setting won't heat up the top oven but the broiler setting does work. I regret getting this oven.

    First stove came with scratch Second stove came with ink When I went to remove bread from oven slide to back of rack and fell to bottom rack No back guard on rolling rack Bottom stove too low to ground.

    I wanted to love it but it’s been nothing but issues with it. The oven temperate seems to run too low. Recipes I previously made in my old stove are not being cooked correctly on this one. They are all undercooked with this stove. The stovetop gets dirty very quickly. It takes me a long time to clean it and it doesn’t clean up correctly. If you drop oil on it, it gets cooked on and I haven’t been able to clean it off. I wish the bigger oven was in the top. I can already imagine what issues I will be having taking out a turkey from the bottom.

    burnt out light and won't hold heat

    We bought Kitchenaid appliances for the entire kitchen and figured the stove would be the most reliable and therefore didn't get the extended warranty on it. So far the stove is the only thing giving us problems. The bottom oven light has burnt out twice in less than two years. Plus the bottom oven doesn't hold the temperature. Super frustrating for such an expensive range. Very disappointed.

    I bake from my home and was very excited about this oven and being able to bake at two different temperatures at the same time. I have been severely let down. If both ovens are being used, the bottom oven temperature is almost always 100 degrees hotter than it should be. I have an air probe thermometer to verify this and get a live reading as this has cost me a lot of money in baked goods being unsellable. To add to that the lower when being used alone loses heat so quickly and it doesn't reheat in a timely manner, which under-bakes my baked goods. I have had a service person out to see it three times and have been told that this is just how the oven works and they can't fix anything as it isn't broken. What a waist of money.

    Do not buy this stove. The front gas knobs are extremely sensitive and easy to accidentally turn on without your knowledge. Dangerous appliance.

    Wow, what can I say about this...the stainless top is hard...wait not just hard but a pain hard to clean. Calling the top grates anything other than weak would be a false narrative with this beast. The small top oven is great for handicapped

    This stove has been a disappointment since the get go. Looks good, cooks poorly. Takes forever to preheat. The one big burner on top has been difficult to light since day one. We'd rather cook in the Instantpot or toaster oven than this thing. And it was expensive! So disappointed.

    We had this range delivered twice and neither range worked. Both had to be returned and our old one reinstalled. We are cone with Kitchenaid!
