The oven heats up little slowly, but overall is a great oven. The temperature is very accurate. The warming zone on the stove is an awesome additive as well.

Great stove. Convection is very nice. Cooked an Easter Dinner with a full ham and 3 sides all at once.

I purchased this stove over xmas and after receiving it, we noticed the small front facing space which sits above the door of the oven gets very got when the oven is on. I have small children so this is not safe. You can pretty much feel the heat escaping from the door. We chatted Best Buy and the offered to replace the stove. We got the delivery yesterday and the same thing is happening. Why would you sell a stove that is unsafe? This is so disappointing.

We love the style and it works really well. The only complaint is the black top gets weird marks on it.

Oven keeps even temperatures. Bakes quickly - so be aware. Stovetop is a bit confusing to get use to.

Love it, storage under oven is very small hardly fits anything.

Haven't seen any issues in the first few weeks. This replaced my Samsung that broke in 4 years. Like the cook time feature.

I have had a horrible experience since I started using it. The unit arrived on time, but we were unable to unbox it for the first three weeks. When we opened it, we found that it was damaged. Before fully opening the box, contact Best Buy to request to exchange the new unit. We were told that they could not exchange because the two-week time frame had passed. Instead, they told us to contact the services team. Ken's services team said to us that they would order parts since the car was damaged. After two weeks, the services team came and replaced the parts. In general, it took two months to use the first time on the brand new unit that we purchased. Everything was weird and unexpected.

Received on time. Efficient and friendly service. Care taken to install.

The range is OK if this is what you are looking for. Really only 2 burners the way it is set up. Takes forever to heat oven.
