Great stove. Convection is very nice. Cooked an Easter Dinner with a full ham and 3 sides all at once.

Good stove - only deducting one star because it doesn’t have a warming oven.

We love the style and it works really well. The only complaint is the black top gets weird marks on it.

Oven keeps even temperatures. Bakes quickly - so be aware. Stovetop is a bit confusing to get use to.

I purchased this stove over xmas and after receiving it, we noticed the small front facing space which sits above the door of the oven gets very got when the oven is on. I have small children so this is not safe. You can pretty much feel the heat escaping from the door. We chatted Best Buy and the offered to replace the stove. We got the delivery yesterday and the same thing is happening. Why would you sell a stove that is unsafe? This is so disappointing.

I absolutely love this oven. KitchenAid makes a great product and it looks very attractive.

Nice looking range, however it takes a long time to heat up. Also, the temperature is not accurate. It is lower than the stated temp on the display.

Delivery is what I was disappointed in. They delivered and didnt take any of the wrappings off. The drawer was full of the plastic wrap and when I finally got it all off I found the drawer didnt close all the way and the left burner had a scratch on it. I called right away to the customer service dept and they said they should of taken a picture of the stove before it left the storage facility. They are giving me a new stove but I have to wait another 3 weeks to get it. Of course I have to still use the stove we got and finding it is hard to keep the stove top clean. We will see how the new one is when I finally get it.

Bought unit a week ago and have definitely put it through the ringer and so far it’s working great
