I don't know if it's us or the grinder but it makes a big mess. Personally we don't think it's worth the trouble and mess it makes and the cleanup so doubt we'll use it after finishing our current batch.

It leaked all over the inside and stopped working. Don't use for anything wet. Only dry coffee and herbs. And for good measure get the protection plan.

Bulky a lot of the coffee ground get stuck bottom.

I would not buy one nor would I buy or suggest anyone buy one. Coffee has to be scraped off the bottom. Didn’t fit in a way that it can be used easily. Poor design.
