Not for Small Quantity!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This grinder does not work well for a 6 cup quantity of beans. The unit received did not grind well. It creates powder at bottom with rough grind on top. Had to grind longer than my old unit with dull blade. If ground for recommended time all was way too rough to even brew.

Poor design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cons - terribly uneven grind - messy due to space between cap and cup Pros - easy to clean because cup is detachable Overall opinion - pass on this coffee grinder, but continue to appreciate the brand for its specialties (i.e. mixers)

not easy to use
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is pretty but activating the grind function is not easy. You are supposed just push down on the lid to grind but it requires a lot of fiddling to make it work. The connection of the lid to the body has interference so you have to wiggle, twist and push at the same time to make it go.

Get a burr grinder.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I purchased this I didn't know too much about grinding my own coffee. Turns out this grinder pulverizes half of the beans and the other half it doesn't grind evenly. Spend a little more and get a burr grinder. The coffee actually tastes better.

Terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s bulky. Doesn’t ground coffee equally. Have to use spoon to pick up fine ground from the bottom and mix it with not fully ground top. You can’t ground for one cup only. Ground coffee falls out of inner container and gets into the mechanism below it.

Not recommended
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You’re going to get mixed results. The finer ground will get to the bottom and some chunks will remain.

Great for spices. But don't purchase for coffee.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're a coffee lover, then stay far away from blade grinders. You need a burr grinder for coffee! Blade grinders lack the consistent results required for a tasty drink. However, if you want something for grinding spices, this thing does a good enough job.

Tasmanian Devil
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It looks good, but whenever it grinds, most of the coffee, goes out of its tank and even goes to back of the tank. I couldn’t try I missed the return window but I don’t recommend anyone.

Like this coffee grinder!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used another very good brand of coffee grinder for years, and was satisfied with it. With time for a change, I thought to try this one, and I am glad I did. It is fast, smooth, and the removable grinding cup is genius. Totally pleased.

More for nuts than coffee beans
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor design of blades caused many beans to be ungrounded. Any beans below the blades would be spared from being grounded. Only looked and sound good. Great advertising for a below par machine. Returned and got a Krups instead. Much improved.

Does not produce an even grind
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like to grind my coffee fresh each morning. In order to get an even grind, you have to shake the grinder to shift the coffee around. I ended up buying a burr grinder and am much happier. I use this one for grinding flaxseed now so at least it has some use!

Doesn't do the job as I needed.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this coffee grinder and had to return it. When I grind coffee, I like a fine grind and always use Starbucks coffee. This coffee grinder grinds your coffee to a certain point, then it just keeps grinding but the top of your coffee remains in bean form. I have to keeps shaking/stirring/patting down the coffee so it doesn't get packed under the blades. At a point in the process, I have to use a butter knife to loosen the coffee from the bottom and repeat the process. Very disappointed.

Not the greatest
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high hopes for this coffee grinder but it doesn’t work well. The grinds get everywhere. The only thing I really like is the at bowl is removable.
