Poor quality...disappointed

I was grinding spice in spice container. Immediately I took the spice container out and saw that the rotating thing (I don’t know what is the appropriate word) it was smelling and few parts were melted. I could see black powder of melted plastic in the lid. Really disappointed!!! My bad, I forgot to take photo :( It may be only on my case, but I suggest you to check other’s reviews too and do more research before you buy.

Nope, it wasn't me. My advice, don't buy this one! I'm surprise KitchenAid made such a poor product.

Messy and broke down after 3 months

Hard to clean and very loud

Grounds get in everywhere and hard to keep clean. Forget about using this early in the morning it is so loud and will wake up the entire house and block.

I had to make several attempts at grinding cumin seeds and still after wasting several mmmmm minutes it was very coarsely done
