Enjoying new dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and cycles in a shorter time than my previous washer. It cleans extremely well. Plenty of room for lots of dishes.

Replaced a quiet washer with this one,and boy it is so much quieter it was crazy. Third rack is great for small items and cooking items. Clearance on second rack is just right for medium height items

This dishwasher has much more space than our old one! We used to run the dishwasher every other day, now we only run it every 4 days. The adjustable racks are awesome and the dishes come out crystal clean. Another amazing part, I don’t even hear it running!

Major upgrade from prior Samsung dishwasher. Lots of space and cleans like a commercial grade dishwasher. My wife always had me prewash prior to getting this. Saves time, water and money. Fantastic dishwasher. And the third rack is amazing!

This dishwasher really cleaned the dishes well. It even got off dried foods like egg. The 3 racks let us pack it with a lot of dishes, and it is so quiet we weren't even sure it was running unless we looked at it. I would highly recommend this brand and model.

This dishwasher cleans even the grime off. I never thought I would use all three rows.

Happy with the dishwasher overall and love the third rack. My only complaint is that sometimes we have trouble keeping the dishes standing in the bottom rack.

GREAT Machine - OUTSANDING Delivery Serice - THE ABSOLUTLE WORST CUSTOMER CARE FROM BEST BUY!!!!! Machine was delivered broken so the Delivery Service returned it and tried to take care of us.... Best Buy completely botched it after that! In the end, I DID NOT Get the Discount they promised for the delivery problems but I did get one of the best Dishwashers I have ever had the pleasure to have.

I have had for a couple months now. The dishwasher is super quiet, looks nice, and cleans well. Super happy.

It is really a nice dishwasher! It holds quite a bit. It's pretty quiet! Sometimes it seems to be a little noisy! It has 44 decibels which is at the high end of quiet. 39 being the lowest. But I am pretty happy with it!

I ordered this Unit last year. Unfortunately the product did not get installed due to confusions regarding height specs and repeated delivery rescheduling/cancellations by BestBuy. It all started with previously noted specs on BestBuy site, and probably on delivery persons instruction sheet, indicating product height as 34.5”, First delivery attempt was unsuccessful because of that confusion (34.5” height requirement vs 33 7/8” clearance noted by the delivery person at my house). The unit’s height on kitchen aid site and on instruction manual was 33.5”. After clarifying the actual height vs reported height with BestBuy customer representative, successive delivery attempts were made and cancelled by BestBuy 6-7 times. Each time BestBuy would assure me that delivery will not be cancelled anymore. And it happened again. In addition, in this same reschedule call last time, height issue was brought again and the advice I got was to cancel the order or replace with another unit. I finally gave up and opted to cancel the order. It appears that BestBuy now has updated the spec to 33 5/8”. So not sure why customer representative brought that issue again. We really liked this model, but I guess it didn’t work out for us.

I bought this dishwasher for my parents so I don't have personal experience with it, but their reports are glowing! After years of dishwashers requiring thorough rinsing before putting the dishes in it took them a while to get use to not having to do that, but they've been very happy with the results. The only thing they're still getting used to is putting all the silverware in handle first, since that of necessity violates the rule that you never handle the part of the utensil that comes in contact with food or one's mouth. I was around during the installation, and can attest that the installation crew was highly professional and competent. They were in and out within 45 minutes with everything working perfectly.

Great dishwasher, it’s quiet as it washes. It has plenty of room as it contains three racks for dishwashing. The stainless steel interior tub is great looking and just love how it looks and performs.

Super quiet, seems to wash and dry very well. Still getting use to third rack as to what fits in it. The only thing, I use small plastic ware and not really a safe place to put them without falling through spaces. My last Kitchen Aid had clips to hold the lids. Also don't care for the rinse aid as well, difficult to see when empty. Went with this as did not like handle with red dot on end!!! Can't go wrong with KitchenAid dishwashers....they are the best.

only had it for two weeks. it is very quiet and looks good. not crazy about the utensil holder. But it'll be fine
