Keep up with the tools you use from preparation to the table with this dishwasher's three racks of versatile loading possibilities and complete wash coverage. The FreeFlex third rack fits glasses, mugs, bowls, silverware and cooking tools, freeing up room below for pots, plates, and mixing bowls. The advanced clean water wash system circulates clean water to dishes in all three racks.
FreeFlex third rack
The large third rack has a deep, angled design that fits 6" glasses, mugs, and bowls.
44dBA
Provides quiet cleaning without compromising performance, so there's no need to wait to run a wash cycle, while entertaining and enjoying meals, even in open concept kitchens.
Advanced clean water wash system
Uses microfiltration to continuously remove food particles during the wash and rinse cycles and circulates clean water to dishes in all three racks. This allows dirty cookware and delicate glassware to be washed together in the same load.
ProWash cycle
Utilizes sensors to measure soil levels throughout the cycle and adapts wash time and water temperature as needed for tough messes or lighter loads, because no two meals or the dishes that result are exactly the same.
PrintShield finish
Resists smudges and fingerprints. The specialized coating for stainless steel is easy to clean with just water and a soft cloth, so you can spend more time cooking and less time cleaning up the kitchen.
Adjustable middle rack
Adds flexibility to fit tall items, such as a stand mixer bowl. Lower the rack to place large dishes inside, or raise it to make room for platters, pitchers, blender jars and more in the rack below.
Heat dry option
Heats both the final rinse water and the air inside the dishwasher to help dishes come out dry and ready for your next creation.
Extended heat dry option
Adds drying time for improved results.
Durable stainless steel interior
Offers the beauty and benefits of stainless steel inside the dishwasher. It resists streaks, stains and odors, while retaining heat to help improve drying.
SatinGlide maximum rails in third and middle racks
Allow racks to move effortlessly, even when fully loaded.
Adjustable rows in middle and lower racks
Fold down to make room for dishes in a variety of shapes and sizes, such as roasting pans, serving bowls, colanders, and Dutch ovens.
Two stemware holders in middle rack
Secure wine glasses along the side of the rack to prevent them from moving around during the wash cycle.
Express wash cycle
Cleans in less time, so you always have the dishes you need, while preparing, cooking, and entertaining.
Sani-Rinse option
Eliminates food soil bacteria.

Q: QuestionCan the “made in America” sticker be removed? If so, does it leave a mark?(4 answers)
A: AnswerJust recently installed a Whirlpool dishwasher with a foil looking "Made in the USA" sticker on the bottom right-hand corner of the front door. I tried to lift it with a fingernail, however it wouldn't budge. I took a microfiber cloth and saturated it with very hot tap water and held it on the sticker for a few minutes. I was able to lift enough of the sticker to grip it with my fingertips and it peeled right off....problem solved.Answered by Kate
Q: QuestionIs the product made in the USA?(2 answers)
A: AnswerMine has a label on the front low right corner that it is made in the USA.Answered by Albor
- A: AnswerYou are probably hearing the blade that pulverizes any food particles so they can be pumped out with the dirty water. I'm used to it now and have plans to put it to the test by not rinsing, or even scraping food off thoroughly, and seeing how it does. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionCan this dishwasher adjust to 33.5 inches tall?(1 answer)
A: AnswerLinny, the Dishwasher's minimum height is 33 1/2".Answered by KitchenAidTeam
Q: QuestionWhat is the duration of each cycle? How do you know how much time is left?(2 answers)
A: AnswerThe ProWash and Normal cycles take about 2 hours and 15 minutes for dishes that have been rinsed off before being put into the dishwasher. The ProWash cycle detects dirt and such and will go longer if needed, hence rinsing the dishes before they go in. That and it smells better if you take more than a day to accumulate a full loadAnswered by ComfortablyNumb
- A: AnswerHi LOS, the heated dry is considered an additional option that can be added to a cycle but can not be used as a cycle by itself. We hope this helps.

Q: QuestionDoes heated dry only work on the ProWash Cycle or does it work on all Cycles?(2 answers)
A: AnswerThere is an option for heated dry, which you can choose with any cycle. I don't know if it's automatic when choosing ProCycle because I haven't used that cycle yet, but you can certainly choose to turn heated dry on. Same with the high temperature wash, sanitizing wash, and extended heated dry options. The dishwasher also remembers your settings for each cycle, at least as far as I have experienced.Answered by BEubanks

My Choice After Months of Research
I was in a battle with my insurance company over my roof, and I held out on purchasing a dishwasher until claim was settled. This led to me researching dishwashers for MONTHS! I am so happy with my choice. This dishwasher checked all my boxes. 1. NO top controls or handle. 2. Great at Drying PLASTICS. 3. Fingerprint friendly 4. 3rd rack would be nice. 5. Reliable and Good Brand. 6. Great Reviews. This dishwasher is amazing and lived up to its reviews. Surpassed my expectations. It has cleaned dishes that sat overnight, baked on food, greasy red sauce dishes... cleaned with no prior rinsing/scrubbing!!! The only water left on dishes is if it concaves on dish. I have cups that pool water at the top, but other than that my dishes are dry! I do use Cascade Platinum Rinse Aid and Sam's Members Mark dishwasher pods. The middle rack is so easy to adjust height and on the right side, it can fit taller items. Bottom rack back prong also folds down super easy to adjust for more open space. I did have to remove one of the silverware utensil separators because most of my utensils are thick and round on the ends. It slid off easily. This replaced my 18 year old GE base model that required me to wash the dishes before putting the dishes in dishwasher. I am very happy with my purchase, and Best Buy Geek Squad installers did an excellent job too. They were fast and professional.

LOVE IT!
I absolutely love this dishwasher! It is well-built, roomy and its great configuration allows for plenty space to load a variety of items. The top third rack allows for more space for glasses. It cleans very well and very quiet. I got the model with the controls in the front instead of of on top of the door on purpose and absolutely love that feature. My last one was a GE Profile with the controls on the top of the door, which was it difficult to see where in the cycle it was once it was running and I had all sorts of problems with the panel freezing and needing to restart. In addition, the whole process with Best Buy, from the purchase to installation, was also great. They communicated with me from the get go and provided updates on the date of delivery so that I knew where I was within the delivery window. Once they arrived, the installers did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this dishwasher.

Love it!
I've been using this dishwasher for about 6 weeks now and haven't had any issues as some of other reviewers have stated. BUT it has been a dream the last 6 weeks! It does not make much noise during cycles, leaves dishes spotless and dry. I only use the recommended Cascade Platinum pods. The 3rd top rack for smaller items and oversized utensils is awesome, also love the large capacity. Looking forward to speedier cleanups during the holidays!
