Q: Does this dishwasher come with a power cord; I.e can it be plugged in?
A: Great, OP here. I ordered it based on the responses that it could be plugged in. Now, it’s arriving today, and you’re telling me the power cord is not included, and that I have to order a separate kit (an additional expense) and rewire it!! So, not only will I not get an operational dishwasher today, but I have to purchase more to make it operational and install it myself?

Overall this is a great dishwasher. Cleans well and actually dries dishes when cleaning cycle is over. The door pops open, venting steam and excess moisture. My only minor comment is the "clean" LED should be green. All the other LEDs are already white. The silverware tray alternating large and small holes. My silverware has wide handles and only so I have to be a little more mindful when loading. Like I said - minor. I have the front control built into the handle. I like that too. Easy to access and read status.

This dishwasher is a great upgrade. It replaces an older KitchenAid that reached its useful life. We really like the how clean the dishes come out, quietness of the dishwasher, the updated 3-level layout, the easy-to-use controls, and the self-opening feature at the end of the drying cycle. Great buy and value.
