Unhappy buyer of an entire KA suite of appliances.

Unfortunately due to the delays in availability and trying to have all appliances on hand for the contractors to install I have exceeded my ability to return it. There is a distinct electrical hum the entire time it is running and it is extremely irritating. Repair person came out but said it was just normal and nothing could be done. If you do not like "Chinese water torture" (No offense to our Chinese folks), DO NOT BUY this one.

Love the Top Rack

I use the top rack every time I do the dishes. It took a little trial and error to learn the best dishes to put up there and the best way to arrange them but it's worth the effort. The only negative is the silverware basket. The holes are of varying sizes and arranges in a diagonal pattern - more aggravating than helpful.

Ridiculously quiet, if it wasnt for the lights showing the cycle - I wouldnt know if it was running. The third rack is spacious and and the adjustable racks makes the dishwasher tetris game so much easier! Kitchenaid forever.
