Very quiet, excellent machine. A lot of cleaning options, an extra (3rd) shelf. With the installation and removal of the old dishwasher, it was a convenient and trouble-free process. Very satisfied with the purchase.

This dishwasher does an excellent job of cleaning and the top tray is very handy for oddball small stuff and utencils and such. Definitely recommended!

After a full year of owning this machine, I could not be happier. Things always get clean and the layout means that we can even make our largest bowls fit.

This is our first steel tub dishwasher and it is amazing the difference between the fiberglass/plastic tub machines and this one. At first we were not even sure the water was running or the cycles changing. Very pleased with the overall quality, looks and finish.

We’re very happy with our new dishwasher. Our old one was loud and often didn’t open the soap drawer during the wash. This one is super quiet- even in the kitchen and works beautifully. We love the holes to keep the silverware separated and the adjustable 2nd rack.

I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher in 2012, but after ten years, it had done its duty. This was a five-star (*****) product because of the high quality and low dBA. It was time for replenishment of the old dishwasher. I returned to the KitchenAid brand because I liked the old one with the quiet dBA. You could not tell if the dishwasher was running without looking at the indicator lights. The new KitchenAid dishware is much lower in quality. After two weeks of usage, one of the side guards was falling off and I had to call in for new parts. The dishes are not as clean as the old ones. It also does not dry well compared to the old one. Words used to come out completely dry, but there are water spots everywhere in the new one. The worse is the dBA noise. This new one is a lot louder. You can tell that it is running with the spinning and water noises. Only three stars (***) for the new KitchenAid dishwasher. Too bad that the quality went down.

Very quiet. Flex rack and adjustable height middle rack are nice features. Power cord and and right angle adapter for water inlet which is needed for installation should have been included considering the price. Would have been 5 stars if they were

Our old one stopped working so after shopping I decided on this one. It is very quiet (as advertised) and seems to be working well. It is bigger than our old one so we don't have t run it as often. Still getting used to loading it but it works great.

Cleaning our dishes very well. Easy to clean any type of dishes.

We love our new KitchenAid Dishwasher. The FreeFlex Third Rack is a really nice and useful feature. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Great addition to kitchen. Did not realize difference in a higher grade washer over builder grade dishwasher. Third row is a definite plus.

This dishwasher I quiet and does a good job cleaning our dishes. However when we order the unit we ordered one with an outside handle for dish towels. We have been trying for a while to find a towel bar for the door.

Overall this is a great dishwasher, very quiet too. Our GE we bought a few years back decided to die on us. KitchenAid came highly recommended. Love the three rack design, allows to load additional dishes at the top.

Quality product and smart design. I am glad that I purchased this. Only problem was that it took months after purchase until it was delivered, but I blame that on supply issues during the pandemic

Great product and fantastic installation. We didn’t realize our old dishwasher was not installed properly and simply could not dry the dishes. This one washes and dries as expected.

I have been in the same house now for 40 years. I have probably had at least 5 different dishwashers. Truthfully I have never been happy with any of them. This time I didn't even discuss the matter with my wife. I researched for about 3 months and finally came down to this KitchenAid dishwasher. I listed everything I wanted my new dishwasher to have and it came down to 2 different KitchenAid machines. I chose this one because I knew my wife wanted the controls on the front. We had a Samsung with the controls on the top and I knew she never liked that. This unit cost a little more, in fact 2 times some of the cheap models, but I didn't care. I was determined for this to hopefully be the last dishwasher I buy. So far my wife and daughter both love the machine. It cleans fantastic and even better, something none of the other machines we bought in the past, it dries thorougly. All in all the best dishwasher I've ever owned.

Replaced my other Kitchen Aid dishwasher due to age and available features in the new models. Very reliable appliance.
