Working well so far. The pro wash feature has been getting the dishes very clean. It’s expensive though, and I think the racks are plastic.

Sales rep helped me find this compromise compared to a more expensive model. This model has all the same features for lower price. He accommodated an over the phone online purchase to save me a second trip to the store. Very accommodating! The delivery was quick and the installers courteous, efficient, and answered all my questions. The third rack holds most of my glasses and mugs, which frees up the other two racks for dishes and bowls. The normal wash is very long; the short cycle cleans and dries just fine. It is very quiet!

I've had this dishwasher for almost six weeks and I've been putting it to the test to see how well it cleans without rinsing first, how quiet, etc. I really like the top rack feature for flat items like lids. Coffee cups don't really fit well unless they are small, so mugs fit better in the center rack. I'm still figuring out how to load if for best results with ponding water in some dishes and glasses.

This machine works well. I would just make sure that the connections will hook up ok.

This dishwasher is nice and quiet. The racks have lots of clearance for large plates, bowls and even baking sheets.

The stainless steel tub looks nice and large enough for 3 racks. So far, it has been working great and quite.

Works well. Replacement for a competitors brand which you had to wash dishes before you put them in, and dry them when cycle was finished.

I thought the third rack was going to reduce the capacity for bigger items, but it doesn’t!

Have had this unit for a month, and so far we are very happy with it. This is our second KitchenAid dishwasher. The first was a panel-ready (customizable front) model with the touch panel controls in the top edge of the door. After about three years, we began having issues with the touch panel acting up and then becoming completely unresponsive. After multiple repairs over two years, we learned there was a problem with this design in that heat would build up in the door and eventually affect the panel. We opted for this model since it has a front panel and a better vent exhaust path. We also like the the new rack arrangement much better. For us, it has more usable space on the third rack. While no dishwasher is perfect, KitchenAid/Whirlpool dishwashers tend to get higher marks with the repair people we have talked with.

I love the fingerprint stainless steel. Also when running you wouldn't even know it is on because it is so incredibly quite.

Wonderful! Now we don’t need to wash dishes in the sink as often!

We have had this dishwasher for less than 3 months and the lights on the control panel have gone out. It makes it difficult to determine what cycle it is on. We are waiting for a service appointment through the manufacturer's warranty.
