We normally buy Bosch, but we went with this one because of the supply shortage. We are glad we did. The tray configuration is very useful.

I love my KitchenAid dishwasher. This has always been my favorite brand and all products are reliable.

I have 2 of these dishwashers (one in each house). They're well built. Best Buy had the best price.

Our previous KitchenAid dishwasher worked every day for 25 years, this one we own just one month but we love it already. It also works every day but has more racks and less noisy.

Works beautifully. Although not everything fits on the 3rd rack, it's very handy to have.

Love this dishwasher. It replaced a 16 yr old machine that we equally had loved. The inside is huge and fits even more dishes that we have.

I bought this dishwasher 2 months ago. One month later it was already useless. The water pump wasn't working. I was expecting that Kitchen Aid would replace it but instead they said that they never replace appliances, they repare them. COME ON! After one month of using it it already needs to be repaired?! So far it has been 2 weeks that I am unable to use the dishwasher because they are waiting for a spare part to fix it. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Superb design. My Kenmore used to have a 3rd rack too, but this one is really so much better than that or the Bosch we replaced.

This dishwasher got glowing reviews online. I liked the pocket handle and the sleek appearance without the handles. I like the third rack which makes more room for things that take up a lot of room like cereal bowls. However, I have several dishes and silverware that are not coming out clean even after the ProWash cycle which is supposed to be the mother of all washing cycles. Food particles are left on the dishes and silverware despite using the top of the line Cascade Platinum tablets. It also is not nearly as quiet as my previous Kitchen Aid dishwasher that was 7 years old. It buzzes and makes other weird noises throughout the washing cycle and doesn't quiet down until the drying cycle. I am very disappointed in this dishwasher. It was not cheap and I was expecting a better product from Kitchen Aid. Wish I had listened to my appliance repairman who recommended the Bosch.
