I had been considering buying this attachment for some time and when I saw it on sale at Best Buy, I jumped. And I'm glad I did! What used to take me hours to chop by hand is ready in only a few minutes. With fine, medium and coarse grinding plates plus large and small sausage stuffer tubes, any meat grinding chore becomes something to look forward to. And with the cleaning utensil and stainless steel construction, cleanup is a breeze. Thank you, Best Buy!

Good quality. Id recommend buying the metal instead of the plastic. Everything is included even the brush to clean the grinder.

I am so happy this is metal food grinder it's so sturdy. Easy to attach to my KitchenAid mixer. Made pork sausage for the first test. Ground through the meat with ease. Love it.

The all metal grinder components are significantly better than the plastic counterpart that kitchen aid sells where mold would grow on the inside way to the back of the grinder housing. This new model has not shown that issue and is easy to clean and great to leave in the freezer to pre chill it. I like using it to grind pork sausage and hamburger meat from whole brisket. Makes for a great eating experience.

For what it is, it's the best value in food grinders if you have a KitchenAid stand mixer. Anything better requires a stand-alone machine costing much more. Much higher quality than the almost the same price plastic version. The only problem, as with all electric grinders, is it can heat up some when stuffing sausage. I've owned mine for 4 years and use it 8-10x per year.

I Purchased this to be able to grind peanuts for my own peanut butter with no preservatives. I was tempted to order the plastic one but reviews said the plastic one has black pieces in your grind after you’re done so I went with this 1 and it is wonderful. I use the smallest hole in the grinder and it was a little hard to clean because it is not dishwasher safe.

This meat grinder is excellent addition to your kitchen aid. I used it to grind beef and it was perfect. Sturdy, easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Was a much needed help when making sausage compared to a hand crank model

This attachment is simply amazing. I never knew i could make my own sausages with ease or ground up some chuck for putting patties on the grill. Its so much better than buying premade patties or sausages. This way i can incorporate other ingredients into my food and i know its fresh. Side note do not put this in the dish washer!

This is my first attachment for my Kitchenaid, and it is fantastic! It is very easy to set up and get going. Fresh ground meat is fantastic and extremely versatile. You are going to spend an extra 5 minutes on setup and an extra 5-10 on cleanup with this. If you have that 10-15 minutes to spare in your cooking process, fresh ground beef / pork / anything you want is well worth it. Take a look at some videos of this on YouTube for some real insight into the many uses it can bring! I haven't made homemade sausage yet, but that's next! AWESOME addition!

Ribeye burgers was nice while using this just wish the slide was a little bigger to grind more meat. Also do not put in Dishwasher i ruined mine it just got dull

I purchased the KitchenAid - Food Grinder Attachment on a whim. One of the best whim purchases ever. Grinds evenly from start to completion, easy to operate and clean.

Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I love it and definitely recommend.

Absolutely love my meat grinder, gross but I cook liver for the dogs and it’s gets mushy, the grinder magically makes it a perfect consistency! Also chops veggies and cheese amazingly!
