Love this attachment. Although the feeder tray is a bit small this attachment is great. Easy to attach and simple to clean. I use it every couple of weekends to make my own sausage. Comes with three sized grinding discs and two different sized link tubes. Makes fast work of the 20 pounds of meat I grind up every two weeks.

It's good for small jobs at home. Definitely not for make large quantities.

Nice unit. You only need to run meat through one time. Blades are nice and sharp. Does not even make my mixer grunt! I process many types of meat and works great. The hopper could be larger as the mixer could handle it, and if you combine different products like fat and venison, the hopper is a little small. Easy to take apart and clean. Overall another quality Kitchen Aid product.

This grinder performed much better than expected. The size while not large ground six pounds of pork in less than ten minutes. For personal home meat grinder this product fits the duty.
