I bought this and tried it a few days after my purchase and I didn’t like it AT ALL! it over heated my kitchen aid and didn’t do the job! I wanted to give it a second chance and I tried it a few days after. I try doing it differently the second time and it still didn’t do the job! I went to best buy to return it and they said I COULDN’T cause it had been 15 days already from my purchase! this is absurd. I didn’t only not get a refund but I stayed with a product that didn’t meet my expectations. They should give 30 days to return and NOT 15. I’m not happy with the product and I’m not happy with best buy. I’m canceling my card with them.

I was using it for grinding up chicken and ended up destroying it. Think grey oozy liquid leaking out the bottom. The most heinous smell permeating your house. It was cleaned religiously because of the chicken. Didn't matter. Does not have a seal to prevent the liquids entering the housing.
