This dishwasher runs extremely quietly and is very efficient. The stainless steel finish is very nice.

The feature mix and quality of the unit is solid. The Black Friday pricing was great. We like the load size feathers as well as the inside door controls. The drawers provide a lot of flexibility for loading - the model we replaced was limited.

I love my new Kitchenaide dishwasher because it has a setting to wash only the top rack. It use to take me a week to get a full load in my old dishwasher so I had to pretty much wash my dishes before I put them in to get them clean. I love that I only can wash a small load and have been using this almost exclusively except when I have company. The other thing that I love is that it is so quiet I have to make sure it is running. When it is done it actually says clean so there is no guessing about whether your dishes are clean or dirty.

We thoroughly researched dishwasher options in updating our kitchen. This model got the best reviews. We are very pleased with the product, though there was a mix-up with the installation when another dishwasher model was installed. Now that we have this one installed, we are enjoying its quiet and multi-options for dishwashing. Note that finger-prints do show up easily, but this can be limited by using the middle part of the handle on a regular basis.

We've been very happy with this model. It does an excellent job of completely removing all food residue from dishes without redepositing it elsewhere (which was our main complaint with our previous model). It's so nice to run a load of dishes without getting junk stuck all up inside the drinking glasses! The power wash feature is great for casserole dishes with baked-on gunk! The Pro-Dry feature works well, although there will still be a few drips here and there on flat surfaces. The manual recommends not putting plastic ware on the bottom rack when using Pro-Dry and this is true. It gets hot! Soft plastics will melt! There can be a little bit of soap residue on the backs of bowls and stuff, depending on how "hard" your water is. This is minimal though, as long as you keep the rinse-aid full and use dishwasher cleaner once a month or so. I like how easy it is to customize the silverware racks, as well. You can move them around wherever you want; you can have individual slots for each item, or you can pop the tops off and load the silverware free-style. Lots of options. Bottom line: The model will get your dishes clean, which is obviously the most important thing to look for in a dishwasher.

In an open area kitchen normal conversation can continue while the unit is running. Easy to understand controls.

Can barely tell it is on. Does a great job of cleaning, no bits of food left on the plate or bowls, like our last dishwasher.
