Easy to use. I was concerned about the noise level because there are other dishwashers with lower decibel levels. However I found this one at 43 decibels to be very quite. Does a great job. Very pleased! I would highly recommend!

This model replaced a 15 year old Kenmore Elite washer. So much more quiet than the original. Dishes come out spotless and the tank and rack design is far superior to the Kenmore...albiet it was 15 years old. Would buy this again without question.

I bought this dishwasher based on Consumer Reports and customer reviews, it was supposed to be high end. Unfortunately it wasn't on display to look at. When I got it, I was frustrated that the tines were so close together that many of my dishes wouldnt easily fit . I had to place large bowls between The rows instead of between tines. This caused me to load it in such a way, that it held fewer dishes then needed. The product description mentioned power washing for baked on pans in the back and in the front corners. But there were No jets in the front at all to clean anything placed the way the manual instructed! The manual was for more than one dishwasher and the person writing the online product description had incorrect information. The power washer in back required pan placement in such a way that half of the bottom rack is used up by one pan. This power washer and the power dry both failed within a few months. Because the dishwasher was not built as advertised, I asked for an exchange instead of repair. Although I was unhappy with the product, I was thrilled with the store's customer service.

Fantastic. Quiet. Cleans great. Can barely hear it

As a replacement to a 15-years-old GE Eterna Series dishwasher, this thing is really nice. The interior and exterior are both quite attractive, and it cleans well. Two things keep me from giving it 5 stars. First, it has less vertical space than what it replaced. Tall wineglasses must be at a 45-degree tilt to fit on the upper rack, and the lower rack also has a pretty short amount of room. Tall dishes or pans can interfere with the upper-rack's spinning jet. Second, its depth makes it come out about an inch further than the unit it replaced. That brings it flush with the edge of our bluenosed marble counter. That looks a bit funny.

There was some issues with the first dishwasher that was installed. Had to exchanged it. The second one was good

Excellent look. Quiet and you will have to check to see if it's on. Cleans so well. Shiny. Love it it's the updated version of our old one that lasted 12 yrs Like the new style of not seeing the settings and the curved handle matches our other appliances

Replaced with old kitchen aid, quiet and cleans well

This is a great washer. I replace my 12 years old kitchenaid washer and I love this new model. It’s very quiet. One con is the drying cycle is not long enough and cause the washer walls are still wet after the cycle was completed.

We're redoing the kitchen and I planned on keeping our 22 yr. old dishwasher because I only use it about 4 times a year. One of the times was about a month ago and guess what finally gave up the ghost. There was a good sale and the reviews were stellar. I've used it twice in a week and love it. It's SO quiet.

So quiet you wonder if it's working. This dishwasher was one in the KitchenAid line recommended by my niece & nephew. I must say that It's doing a great job so far. I'm hoping it lasts longer than my Electrolux which was pricey and one day sparks flew from the door & it was dead after 7 years of rare usage.

We looked in Consumer Magazine and it was rated number one and we can see why. Nothing bad to say about it.

After a bit of a glitch (the first dishwasher delivered did not work) we received our new, functioning dishwasher. Installation was very smooth and techs were courteous. Dishwasher is quieter than I expected and produces sparkling clean dishes and glassware. Very satisfied with this product.

Good quality for the price, works as expected. Matches my kitchen.
