Consumer Reports rated this dishwasher as the best. I have to agree. It is so quire that I have to check to see that it is on. There was a problem with the install, but Best Buy sent their own technician out and solved the problem.

This a great product. Serves all of my needs with easy use

This dishwasher is great. I love that the dishes are dry pretty soon after the cycle is over. The dishes always come out clean. I would like a bit sturdier on the tines in the two racks, but you can get used to that.

Very low sound when washing. Dozen clean the dishes as well as I hoped. I have to use the toughest wash in order to get some of the dishes clean, or prewash by hand before loading into the dishwasher

Bosch name, stainless steel is subpar, rusting on the inside door, pump has gone on it twice. Cleans really well though!

We have had our new dishwasher for a month and have no complaints.

Had this dishwasher for about a month, and so far am very happy with it's performance. We haven't tried any of the special cleaning modes yet. Even at the basic settings it seems to get most things clean. May need to try the power scrub modes for some items.

Love the KitchenAid - Architect Series II dishwasher. Has a element to dry the dishes, very quite, the adjustable shelves come in handy when a item is large to fit. The installers were very professional and polite.

Replace GE monogram and couldn't be happier. Does a great job, excellent installation by geek squad highly recommend. Only negative so far are the racks are not as adjustable for different size dishes etc as the GE

This newer version of the Kitchenaid that I was replacing does an excellent job on the dishes and has all the bells and whistles that my previous model did not have. The filter is a great idea if you have kids and the movable racks accommodate odd sized items.

This dishwasher not only does a very good job cleaning dishes and pots but is so quiet that you can barely tell it is running. Paying more money for a better machine is well worth the money. All the dishes come out clean no rewashing is required

The dishwasher operates quietly and efficiently. The Geek Squad installation was terrific as well.

We love this dishwasher. First thing that steered us to is was that the racks seem much sturdier that most others and glide out with a solid feel. Others, even just as expensive, seemed rickety. Oh, and it washes dishes quietly and well too.

This dishwasher cleans dishes sparkling clean even after sitting in washer with food on plate and glasses perfectly shiny clean. It is quiet and you have many choices for your wash cycle. Definitely a winner

very nice... and it is very quiet... was looking to get 39db dishwasher, but followed bestbuy person and got this one.. yes, really quiet already. very happy with the purchase. LED indicator on status is very helpful, showing when it will be done.

This dishwasher is awesome. It can handle a big load and has well thought out rack design. The utensil rack is great and can’t say enough how well it cleans the dishes. It’s so quiet you don’t realize it is running

We want to love this dishwasher but it the performance is where it is lacking. We really like the front facing LCD screen that lets you know how much longer and what the status is. The dishes don't seem to get as clean on a regular basis as we would like for spending this kind of money on an appliance. Granted we could be overloading the dishwasher or not placing the dishes in it correctly. It works pretty well but not as well as it shoulk with all of the tech it has.

Dishes are clean again and kitchen is quiet...why did I wait so long to upgrade!

Replaced the builder grade dishwasher that came with the house. Very happy with the purchase!

I just bought a home and the dishwasher only had 1 spray bar. Not that good especially when your children are helping to load the dishes. I don't worry at all with this KitchenAid dishwasher. It is the best and my kids love it. Thank you Best Buy for taking care of us.
