Very pleased with this dishwasher, from it's looks to it's quality performance

Does a great job. Especially like hi-temp wash feature as the unit is a long way from our hot water heater. Would have preferred it to have 3 racks which I found handy in our former LG unit.

We bought this dishwasher mainly because we liked the look of it and also my mom has had a kitchen aide for years. So far it's been excellent purchase. Best Buy made our purchase so easy. Thank You

After reviewing many dishwashers and going on Consumer Reports recommendation I chose this Kitchen Aid model. When Best Buy had it on sale with free installation I quickly purchased it. The installation team was quick and courteous. Best dishwasher I ever had.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The dishwasher is much quieter than my old one and the cups seem to be cleaner. I don't even know it is running. I like the feature that tells you what it is doing at any particular time.

I decided to go ahead a spend a lot of money on a new quiet dishwasher that dried well. It is very quiet and it does dry well. However less than 2 months after installation it stopped working. In addition the door is very hard to open. And worst of all, when it was working, it didn’t clean very well. Not nearly as well as the old washer it replaced. Very disappointed in this highly rated, very expensive dishwasher.

This is the second dishwasher of this model that we've purchased. We've owned the first one for a couple of years and are so happy with it we bought the exact same model when building a bar in our basement.

It gets the job done- nothing needs redoing in another load or by hand in the sink. Also, everything comes out dry, even plastics. The Bestbuy installer was a true pro. That was definitely worth the money.

Replaced my older Kitchen Aid model that lasted 12 years with the same model as the original one. They made a couple of improvements on it which made it even better. Super quiet as normal and easier to install.

Never thought I’d love a dishwasher, but this one is fantastic!!

Purchased this and the top rack had broken out of nowhere, but after 5 Geek Squad appointments it is now working fine. It’s extremely quiet and I haven’t noticed it running compared to the last one we had by the same brand.

My wife LOVES it and after all isn't that what is the point ?

When I first ran the machine I thought I had done something wrong because I couldn't hear it. I had to literally put my ear to the door to hear the water. Amazing how quiet this thing is and it's not a Bosch.

Runs quietly, wish it would dry the dishes a bit better. Because the control panel is under the counter it’s difficult to operate at times.

We bought this dishwasher in Oct 2018 and we already have a problem with the motor in Jan 2019 in just about 3 months. Luckily this is covered in warranty but the motor which is the main engine has to be replaced. I expect much better quality from KitchenAid and am disappointed. Never had this kind of problem with other appliances in the past. I will not recommend KitchenAid though it has good set of features and is quite roomy

This was an open box dishwasher and without a doubt, I got the best deal in the world. The only thing wrong was a minor bend in the bottom plate that was totally invisible after it was installed.

Wonderful dishwasher. So quiet you don't even know it's on. Racks slide out very easily. Removable silverware baskets so can have more room for dishes if needed. Actually dries plastic items very well.

Very happy with the dishwasher. Dishwasher gets everything clean, and does not flip plastic cups, plates or bowls. Which we have a lot of since we have kids.

We have been very happy with this purchase. We can barley hear it running. It has a very thick foam pad that helps dampen the noise and It was also easy to install.
