Great at first - less than 2 years later it broke

It did a marvelous job on very dirty dishes and dried really well, too. But then, after only a year and a half of use, it started leaking all over the floor. Of course the warranty only covers it for one year. Grrr! The appliance repair man had to order one part, which took a week, and that did not fix it. He now has to order another part which will take another week. We are a family of four where both my husband and I work full time - we do not have the time to hand wash dishes for two weeks while we wait on this repair. I am so disappointed in KitchenAid!

Damaged the original unit. Forgot to pick up the second unit. Three weeks delayed delivering and by the time they got there COVID19 was in effect and they couldn't install or take the old dishwasher I paid to have taken away. Dissappoiting.
