This was the dishwasher that was installed when I purchased my condo in 2006, and it just decided to bite the dust 2 months ago. I'm happy it lasted for 12 years and required very little maintenance. I would add that we have hard water and it undertook hard use as the property became a rental over the years. I could have fixed it, but decided to spend a little more and get a new one. Here's hoping it lasts 12 years, too!

We returned it. We were hoping to like this dishwasher at least as much as the one it replaced, but unfortunately we do not. Bad things about it: - It doesn't consistently get dishes clean. After an ordinary load, there's usually one or two items with caked-on residue and a dirty spoon or two. Our old dishwasher always got everything clean. - The sliding bottom rack seemed like it'd be nifty, but it doesn't stay how you set it. - The silverware baskets are 2 flimsy separate units and they don't stay in place. - The ball bearings on the upper rack are supposed to be an improvement over the wheels, but the sound the rack makes sliding in and out is like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned hands down makes life easier.

We wanted a dishwasher that could clean anything and did an excellent job of drying dishes. It has a function similar to a disposal that keeps the water clean through the entire wash. We've put some really dirty dishes and pans in and they always come out sparkling clean. We're extremely happy with our purchase.

This machine is running as we speak and it's so quiet compared to my old dishwasher. Runs great!

Dishwasher was installed on 10/16 . Loved it for the 3 weeks it worked. on 11/06 display was gone and we couldn't start it. We had purchased 5 year greek squad protection so my first call was to greek squad. To my shock and surprise i was told greek squad will not do any maintenance work as the appliance was still under one year warranty. This was never mentioned when we bought the appliance at the store. In a nutshell i paid for 5 year protection but got only 4 years. My next call was to kitchen aid and they could not send me a technician for 5 days. When the technician came in on the 6th day he said the control panel was burnt and had to replace it. I spent $1000 and the machine dies in 3 weeks. Extremely disappointing with the machine and also with greek squal protection.

I needed to replace my 17 year old Kitchen Aid Superba. Apparently, that model isn't made any more. The hunt was on! I decided to purchase this dishwasher and I am extremely happy. The installers were fantastic. The layout of the dishwasher is spot on and it quietly cleans away while I'm asleep. Pretty much ZERO noise and no spots. It is also more energy efficient- it is a total win, win, winner!
